Luggage OEM / ODM — six steps, no black boxes
From a first brief to a sealed container, every stage has a stated duration, a deliverable and a document. This is the process we actually run.
1 · Brief
Spec or target retail band, quantity, destination market. A reference sample, a photo or a sketch is enough to start.
2 · Quotation
An itemised FOB sheet quoted against your build — shell, hardware, lining, labour, packing, tooling where applicable — with validity and lead time stated on it.
3 · Sampling
7–10 days on an existing shell, 15–20 days when artwork or a new geometry is involved. Sample cost is refundable against the mass order.
4 · Tooling & approval
New moulds in 35–45 days. Ownership, exclusivity and amortisation terms are written into the contract before tooling starts.
5 · Mass production
25–35 days after sample approval, with a weekly photo report and a production calendar you can plan around.
6 · QC & shipment
In-line and finished-goods inspection to AQL 2.5 / 4.0, test reports, then FOB Shanghai or Ningbo with full export documentation.

Bring your own IP — or use our design team
Artwork is the part of an OEM programme that most often goes wrong. We handle it as a defined step with a defined output, and we will not place third-party characters we cannot licence.
- Print-ready files accepted, or a brief for our designers to build from
- Pantone matching on shell colour and lining print
- Woven labels, hangtags, barcodes and retail packing
- Written confirmation that all artwork is the buyer's own, or licensed
OEM or ODM — the difference is where the design starts
OEM — your design, our factory
You bring the spec, the artwork and the brand. We build to it, quote the cost structure and hold the tolerances.
- Full control of shell, colour, hardware grade
- Tooling ownership defined up front
- Best fit when you already sell the product
ODM — our design, your brand
You pick from our existing shells and our seasonal designs, we apply your brand and packing. Faster, and no tooling cost.
- No tooling investment
- Sample in 7–10 days
- Best fit for a first season or a market test
